According to art. 13 of the General Regulation on the Protection of Personal Data of 27 April 2016 (Journal of Laws UE L 119 of 04/05/2016) Medical University of Bialystok informs that:
- the administrator of your Personal Data is the Medical University in Białystok with the registered office at Kilińskiego 1, 15-089 Białystok, represented by the Rector
- Emilia Minasz is the Data Protection Inspector at the Medical University of Bialystok, email: emilia.minasz@umb.edu.pl,
- your personal data will be processed for the purpose of organization and conducting the conference on the basis of art. 6 par. 1 lit., a general regulation on the protection of personal data of 27 April 2016.
- your personal data will be stored for the period necessary to achieve the purpose of processing,
- you have the right to: require the Data Administrator access to personal data, the right to rectify, delete or limit processing, the right to object to the processing, the right to withdraw consent, the right to data transfer,
- you have the right to file a complaint to UODO, if it is justified that your personal data are processed by the Data Administrator in breach of the General Data Protection Regulation of 27 April 2016 contrary to the general regulation.
- providing personal data is voluntary, but necessary for the purpose of processing.
